Our automated blasting solution replaces the complex and time consuming depowdering by hand. Due to the rotary basket inside the blasting cabinet the parts don’t have to be handled manually.
The consistent rotation of the parts avoids potential sources of error and ensures reproducible blasting results. This surface treatment forms the basis for further processing steps, e.g. coloring.
This automated process saves a lot of time and manpower in your in-house production. The typical cycle time is under 10 minutes. A configurable timer can be set for efficient batch production.
DyeMansion Powershot C blasting machine is manufactured according to the current ATEX guidelines (1999/92 / EC, 2014/34 / EU) regarding explosion protection, as well as approved and certified with a case by case study for depowdering.
With the DyeMansion Powershot C blasting cabinet, an EOS Formiga job (200 mm x 250 mm x 330 mm) can be depowdered fully automated in under 10 minutes. That saves manpoweder and a lot of time. Thanks to the spacious 135L volumed rotary basket, which has been specially optimized for handling white PA parts. Even parts with complex geometries can be reliably cleaned from their excess powder.
